b. Luminosity Muse does not accept reading requests, bookings, or purchases for anything related to health and legal advice. Please see a professional doctor, lawyer, or the appropriate professional for these queries.
c. Luminosity Muse reserves the right to decline reading requests, purchases, or bookings.
d. Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and older. By using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
a. You may cancel or reschedule a booked appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Luminosity Muse understands the flow of life and its constant changes. If you need your appointment rescheduled, please message me at: luminositymuse@gmail.com.
b. If you need to reschedule your appointment under 48 hours, please let me know right away! Please keep in mind that the terms and conditions for refunds will apply here! See the Payments and Refunds section to learn more.
c. Luminosity Muse reserves the right to deny future bookings or rescheduling, as deemed necessary.
3. Payment and Refunds
a. Payment for our services is due at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified on our website.
b. Refunds are only provided in cases where Luminosity Muse is unable to deliver the booked service. Refunds are not issued for personal dissatisfaction with the interpretation or outcome of a reading.
c. Refunds for live virtual readings are issued if a reading is canceled 48 hours before the scheduled time of the reading. Any cancellations after 48 hours will be non-refundable! Please contact me at luminositymuse@gmail.com to reschedule your reading instead.
d. Refunds for recorded readings are non-refundable. Please see all my terms and conditions before purchasing.
4. Service Use, Personal Responsibility, Disclaimers
a. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking our services. Luminosity Muse is not liable for any misinterpretations resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
b. You understand that tarot readings and astrology are subject to interpretation and may not provide definitive answers. While we aim to provide insightful and helpful guidance, you understand that our readings are not definitive and may not provide the answers you seek. You are responsible for how you choose to use the information received during the reading
c. You acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your health, life, and decisions made by you, given the information provided by Luminosity Muse now and into the future. Luminosity Muse disclaims any liability for decisions or actions made by you as a result of our services. Our services are not a replacement for professional advice, and we recommend seeking qualified advice when necessary.
d. Health Disclaimer for Reiki and Healing Services: Reiki and other energy healing services provided by Luminosity Muse are complementary practices intended to promote relaxation and balance. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Please consult your healthcare provider for any medical or mental health concerns.
